In many cases, yes. Send us examples of your existing photographs and we'll assess whether we can closely match the lighting, background, composition, and editing.

For a traditional studio backdrop setup, we generally request a clear space of approximately 10 × 10 feet. We'll confirm the requirements before your session.

We know your team doesn't stop growing after your company photo day! To keep everyone's headshots consistent, we offer dedicated new-hire photography sessions once a month at our Fort Langley studio for $123 per employee.
Prefer that we come to you? We're happy to photograph new hires at your office, subject to availability and applicable travel and setup fees. If your original team session took place at a rented studio, additional studio rental fees may also apply.
We'll do our best to match your company's existing lighting, background, and photography style so your newest team members fit right in!

Once we've confirmed your session date, location, and number of employees, we'll send you a booking link to secure your spot with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due after your photography session but before your final photographs are delivered.
This way, your company can get the session booked and organized without having to pay the full amount upfront. Once the remaining balance is paid, we'll finalize and deliver your team's photographs!

Don't worry, we've got you covered! Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you a detailed document with everything you and your team need to know before the big day. From scheduling individual time slots and preparing your space to wardrobe recommendations and what to expect during the session, we'll walk you through it all. We'll take care of the photography details so you can focus on running your business without the added stress of organizing a photoshoot!
