Photography Session Retainer (Family, Newborns & More)
Please choose which package you are opting in for to pay the 50% retainer. This will secure your booking date which was discussed by email.

Photos are delivered within 7 days of final payment. 3 days for 33 min session, 4 days for 44, 5 days for 55 and so on.
**Please note that we do share photos from our clients’ on our website, and socials, however, should you not want any photos or some photos shared, we completely respect your privacy, just let us know!

Add a video to capture the genuine moments that simply can’t be caught with only photos.
33 second video available for boudoir, modelling, creative portraits, all maternity solo packages.
66 second video available for boudoir, modelling & love packages (add 30 minutes to your session time)
99 second video available for boudoir, modelling love, and family packages (add 30 minutes to your session time)
Set Up Fee - For sessions at the clients’ spaces. This includes bringing all equipment, set up and take down. Please note set up and take down take an additional 20 minutes on top of your session time.
Rush Fee - Get your retouched photos faster for $33 per photo.
Newborn Props - Add fun props, backdrops, buckets, sets and themes to your newborn shoot.
Retrieval Fee - If the client does not give us their edit requests within the time limit specified, and contacts us later for edits, there will be a fee applied for the work of fetching the photos from the hardrive, re-editing, sending off to retoucher and archiving the clients’ session.
Extra Retouch - An option for those who want to have more photos retouched.
Reschedule Fee - Please note due to the nature of our business, cancellations are impossible to fill last minute, however we understand emergencies and life happens so if you cancel 48 hours in advance, rescheduling will be allowed at no extra cost. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance there will be a fee of $111 to reschedule. If you cancel the day OF or you are a no show without legitimate PROOF of emergency, you will need to pay your retainer again to get a new booking and it may take up to several weeks to find you a new spot.

The not-so-fine print
this is a retainer only, the remaining half will be due before receiving the photos, either through this link, or e-transfer.

each session time includes set up, changing outs etc.
retouch requests will take 7 days.
retainer is NON-refundable in case of a no-show or cancelling the day of . You will have to pay again to secure your new booking date. Unless proof is provided due to an emergency.
please note that newborns are unpredictable. And although I aim to photograph them while they are asleep so I can get them in more cute positions, if your baby is not sleeping during the session, they will be photographed on their backs awake.
If you choose an outdoor session in the fall, your session is NOT dependent on the weather. We live in Vancouver and we all know how unpredictable the weather can be. If conditions are extreme, the session will be moved indoors, either at the photographer’s home studio or in client’s home. If you wish to reschedule because of the weather, there will be a $55 fee.
all clients must sign a contract that includes a model release (permission to use photos for portfolio) prior to the session. Contract will be sent on day of your session on an iPad via Adobe Sign. If canceled less than 48 hours, there will be a $55 rescheduling fee unless proof of an emergency can be provided.
at-home sessions or certain locations may cost additional depending on the location.
all files will be given in JPEG through wetransfer.com platform which will expire in 7 days. DOWNLOAD all the photos upon receiving the link
NO RAW FILES are given. Unless spoken and agreed to prior to the session, please note releasing RAW files are $2222 and release the license and all use to you.
