The not so fine print

• this is a retainer only, the remaining half will be due after the session but before getting the photos, either through this link, e-transfer or cash.

• retainer is NON-refundable in case of a no-show, being late etc.

• for outdoor sessions, bookings are not dependent on weather if booked in the fall. We live in Vancouver and we all know how unpredictable the weather can be. If conditions are extreme, the session will be moved indoors, either at photographer’s home studio or in client’s home. Sessions booked in the summer ARE weather dependent.

• all clients must sign a contract that includes a model release (permission to use photos for portfolio) prior to the session. Contract will be sent on day of your session on an iPad via Adobe Sign. To view it click here.

• sessions can be rescheduled within 2 weeks for an extra $55 when cancelled within 48 hours.

• at-home sessions or certain locations may cost additional depending on the location

• all files will be given in JPEG through a google photos link which will expire in 7 days. DOWNLOAD all the photos upon receiving the link (NO RAW FILES)
